Heather Smith
Heather Smith is the Founder of Mystical Meditation, a foundation dedicated to integrating spiritual wisdom into contemporary leadership and governance. She is the co-presenter and organiser of the “Living Now: Governing with Peace” series of conferences in both the United Kingdom and the United States, initiatives designed to bring principles of inner stillness and conscious awareness into the heart of political and corporate life.
For more than three decades, Heather has guided individuals and groups through classes, retreats and private mentoring—both online and in person—across California and London. Her published writings explore the transformative benefits of meditation and spiritual practice as essential tools for leadership and self-mastery.
Her immersion in the study of spirituality began in her early twenties and was profoundly shaped by the teachings of twentieth-century mystic Joel Goldsmith, whose work continues to inform her message of divine consciousness in action.
Heather holds a PhD in Legal and Ecclesiastical History from Bristol University. The focus of her current work is to offer spiritual insight to political and corporate leaders, empowering them to function from a centre of stillness and presence. Her approach fosters governance through consciousness rather than control, enabling aligned decision-making, energy mastery and authentic leadership grounded in spiritual awareness.
